As soon as you complete your purchase you should see a button to download your art on your order confirmation page, inside the order summary section.
If you are on a mobile device, you will not be able to open your files from this button, but you will also receive a separate email, where you can download your art directly.
If you are on a desktop computer, click the button and your art will start downloading immediately to your Downloads Folder on your computer.
For all digital art printable orders you will receive an email separately from your order confirmation, with the subject “Download Your Artwork Files”, containing links to download your files. If you did not receive the email, please first refresh your inbox, then check your SPAM or JUNK Folders.
