Yes! You would need to purchase each subscription separately and be sure that you are signed in to your Brown Sugar account to ensure it links to your existing account.
Can I put my subscription on hold?
Yes, you can skip a future delivery and not be billed for it
without having to cancel your entire subscription. To do so, you must login
into your account and under the upcoming billing schedule tab, you will be
allowed to process a skip request.
Can I sign up for just one box? And not auto renew?
Currently, we do not offer one-time gift boxes for the Kids
& Tween Brown Sugar Boxes. If you are looking to receive a box for a specific event - please refer to the chart below to determine when you should purchase your subscription. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time.
Can I transition my Brown Sugar Box Lil’ Girls’ subscription to a Tweens’ box subscription and keep my legacy price?

If your lil’ girl is growing and you originally signed up for the Lil’ Girls box with legacy pricing, this price can be applied to a Tweens’ box if you decide to change your subscription. How does the subscription work?
As a subscriber, your kids & tweens will get a box filled
with new releases and limited edition (subscriber-only) products. The boxes
will include 6-8 products every month. Each box will include at least one Izzy
& Liv tee along with other fabulous items!
How do I share my picture or unboxing video with you?
Yes! We live for in living color customer feedback and
reviews! Just post your pics or video on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter and

How do you ship boxes?
Boxes are ground shipped via FedEx Smart Post who hands off
to USPS for final delivery. The boxes are placed in plain white poly-envelopes
to remain obscure (and not tempt sticky fingers)!
How much are the Kids' & Tweens' Brown Sugar Boxes?
The Brown Sugar Box kids’ subscriptions are $45 quarterly plus $5.95 shipping.
How much will the products in the box be worth? Are they just samples?
Products included will be full-size products – no sample

I received my box and I am missing an item, one of my items was damaged, or my shirt is not the size I ordered. Can I get a replacement?
If you received your Kids & Tweens Brown Sugar Boxes and
you are missing an item from your box, an item has been damaged in shipping, or
you received the wrong size shirt, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from receipt of your box and we will replace the item for you.
My box was returned to you, will it be reshipped?
If your Brown Sugar Kids’ Box is returned back to us, it
will be held for 7 days. A processing fee of $7.99 will be applied to all
reshipped orders. Any changes to your mailing address MUST be made prior to
rebilling. Whatever address is on file at the time of renewal on the 15th is
