Who pays for the return?

If the error was made by us (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival) the return shipping costs will be waived.
Otherwise (you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind etc) the cost of return shipping must be covered you.
We do not provide cash refunds; however, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an Izzy & Liv gift card.
Exchange restocking and processing fees may apply.
TIP: Double-check your sizing against our size charts before making a purchase. Please note that “Ladies Fit” tees will be a smaller/tighter fit vs “Unisex” tees which will be larger and more forgiving with a relaxed fit.
If it’s determined the error was made by us, and it was purchased during a sale or with a discount code, and we authorize a return, a credit will be issued that is equal to the amount you actually paid, NOT the non-sale full retail price of the item.
