MY BOX WAS RETURNED TO YOU. WILL IT BE RESHIPPED?

If your Brown Sugar Teen Box is returned back to us, we will hold it for 7 days. A processing fee of $7.99 will be applied to all reshipped orders. Any changes to your mailing address MUST be made prior to rebilling. Whatever address is on file at the time of renewal on the 25th is the address your box will be shipped to. To verify your address or make updates you can do so in your Brown Sugar Account or alternatively, contact us at support@izzyandliv.com and we can do so for you.
