My Box Was Returned to You. Will it Be Reshipped?

If your Brown Sugar Box is returned back to us, your box can be reshipped for a fee of $7.99 or a refund will be issued for the cost of the box. Any changes to your mailing address MUST be made prior to rebilling. Whatever address is on file at the time of renewal on the 28th is the address your box will be shipped to. To verify your address or make updates you can do so in your Brown Sugar Account or alternatively, contact us at support@izzyandliv.com and we can do so for you.
